Before pics of Mpls house

These are the first pictures of the house in Minneapolis that we are renovating.  The interior pics are all from the lower level.  It’s set up as a duplex with the same plan on each floor.  The exterior has asbestos, and the inside has lead paint since it was built in 1883 so it will be a complete renovation besides the 5 year old roof.  It will get new walls, new Anderson windows, siding, the sewer lines will be cleaned out, new electricity and plumbing.  The siding has layers that will need to be removed.  We’re not sure if we should keep the porch in the back.
