Our recent home inspection – Check your attic!

We had an inspection on a home recently for one of our buyers.  The home was built in the 1960s.  It had frost on all of the underdecking and walls in the attic.  This a sign of poor ventilation and inadequate insulation.

If not taken care of, the water will soak into the wood and the roof will rot.  It might be worth checking your attic during this time of year.
